क्या आप भी अपने आप से बार-बार ये पूछते है? क्या कभी इसको पूछने की कोशिश की और आपको जवाब मिला?

सबसे पहले मैं यह कहना चाहता हूं, कि किसी को भी इस चीज़ को सोचने की जरूरत नहीं है. कौन आगे है, और कौन पीछे। सब लोग अपनी जगह बिल्कुल ठीक हैं. पर यह समय की डिमांड है की हमे ये बात सोचनी पड़ रही है.

हम सभी एक दूसरे से आगे रहना चाहते हैं, ताकि हमें पावर, पैसा और इज्जत मिले. हमारे समाज में जिसके पास ये सब चीजें होती हैं सब लोग उसी को पूछते है. उसके विपरीत जो थोड़ा गरीब होता है लोग उसको इज्जत नहीं देते और ना ही पूछते है. अमीर की सहायता तो हर कोई करता है क्योंकि उसे पता है कि आने वाले समय मैं वह उसकी सहायता करेगा. परंतु गरीब की सहायता कोई नहीं करता क्यों उसे पता है कि आने वाले समय पर वह मेरी सहायता नहीं कर सकता. हमारे समाज की एक बहुत बड़ी कमी है जिसके पास है लोग उनको और दे रहे हैं, और जिसके पास नहीं है उनके पास जो है. वह भी छीन लिया जाता है.

मैंने सुना है 3 तरह के लोग होते हैं एक जो गलती करते हैं और सीखते हैं, दूसरे वह जो दूसरों की गलतियों से सीखते हैं, और तीसरे वह लोग जो अपनी गलतियों से कभी नहीं सीखते और एक ही गलती को बार-बार दोहराते रहते हैं। अब आपको डिसाइड करना है कि आप इन तीनों में से कौन से हैं. मैंने तो यह भी सुना है एक गुरु ने अपने शिष्य को बोला तुझे एक लाख गलतियां माफ है बस एक गलती दोबारा नहीं होनी चाहिए। आप भी ऐसे ही कर सकते हैं जितनी मर्जी गलतियां करे पर एक ही गलती को बार-बार ना  दोहराये।

कुछ questions होते हैं जो बंदा अपने आपसे पूछता है. यह भी प्रश्न उन्हीं में से एक हैं जो इंसान हर हर रोज अपनी ज़िंदगी मे सामना करता है. आपको कब लगता है कि कोई आप से आगे हैं या आप से पीछे हैं. जब तक आप दोनों के बीच में मुकाबला नहीं होता है? बिना मुकाबले के पता ही नहीं लग पाएगा कौन आगे है कौन पीछे? मुकाबले तो हर जगह बहुत है चाहे वह क्लास में हो, नौकरी के लिए किसी भी चीज के लिए. जब तक आपका किसी से सामना नहीं होता आप अपने आप मे सुधार नहीं करते। 

इस मुकाबले का रिजल्ट एग्जाम से निकाला जाता है कि कौन आगे की और कौन पीछे. एक क्लास के और एक जॉब के एग्जाम में बहुत डिफरेंस होता है. एग्जाम तो दोनों में देने पड़ते हैं पर एक क्लास में जहां 50 से 60 बच्चे होते हैं वही जॉब के एग्जाम में कई लाख बच्चे होते हैं और सभी सबसे आगे रहने की कोशिश करते हैं.

 जब भी ने एग्जाम्स का रिजल्ट आता है तब पता लगता है कौन आगे निकल कर कौन पीछे रह गया किसका नाम तो पूछ के लिस्ट में और कौन फेल हो गया. किसको जॉब मिली और किसको नहीं यह सब तो आपके रिजल्ट पर डिसाइड करता है. यह जो रिजल्ट है उन्हीं लोगों के अच्छे आते हैं जिन्होंने एग्जाम के टाइम में पढ़ा होता है अगर आपको भी अपनी लाइफ में कुछ करना है और अच्छे रिजल्ट पाने हैं तो आपको भी टाइम टेबल बनाकर कंटिन्यूटी से पढ़ना होगा.

कुछ सुझाव

हर कोई अपनी जगह परफेक्ट है. कोई सोचते हैं हर बार एक दूसरे से आगे रहना चाहते है. चाहे वह किसी भी तरह से हो. हमें यह भी याद रखना चाहिए कि हम हर किसी से आगे नहीं हो सकते. कुछ हमसे अगर आगे, तो कुछ हमसे पीछे भी होंगे। जब हम अपने पीछे लगी लंबी लाइन देखते हैं तो हमें बहुत खुशी होती है कि कुछ लोग हमारे पीछे हैं. परंतु जब हम सामने देखने लगते हैं हमारे सामने उस से भी लंबी लाइन है. किस्मत हर किसी को आगे निकलने का एक मौका जरूर देती है और इंसान को वो मौका नहीं छोड़ना. 

अगर हमें किसी से आगे निकलना है तो हमें लगातार मेहनत करते रहने पड़ेगी। अगर आप हर रोज काम करते रहोगे आपको कभी पीछे नहीं कर सकता आप दूसरों को मौका नहीं देंगे कि वह आपको पीछे कर सकें. अगर आप सोचते हैं कि 1 दिन पढ़कर आप उसको पीछे कर सकते हैं जो पिछले कई महीनों से पेपर की तैयारी कर रहा है. ये किसी भी हालत में मुमकिन नहीं है पर आपकी किस्मत अच्छी हो तो बात अलग है. आपको फिर भी बहुत मेहनत करनी पड़ेगी ताकि आप सबसे आगे रहे.

एक और चीज मुझे याद आती है कि जो इंसान आपसे आगे हैं आप उसी से तो पूछो कि कैसे किया? उसने पूछे कैसे उन्होंने अपनी मंजिल को पाया. जिसने किया हो उसी से तोह पूछा जा सकता है.आपका जो दोस्त शिमला गया होगा आप उसे ही तो पूछोगे कि वंहा क्या क्या देखने को? कैसे कैसे जाना है कितने पैसे खर्च हुए? आपने यह भी तो देखा है कि जो भी आपका दोस्त विदेश गया होता है. जिसे बाहर जाना हो वह भी उसी दोस्त की सहायता लेना चाहता है. उसे दोस्त को फोन करता है। उससे पूछता है कि बताओ क्यों पैसे बाहर कैसे किया और वह भी कैसे बाहर जा सकता है.

ये चीज़े आप भी देख सकते हो. कोई अगर आप से आगे हैं तो उसको देखो कि ऐसा क्या है जो वह कर रहा है जिसकी वजह से वह आगे हैं और मुझ में क्या कमी है

आपके पीछे रहने की कई कमिया हो सकती हैं. जैसे की फोकस से काम ना करना, दिल लगाकर काम ना करना, काम से चोरी करना, और ज्यादा सोचना, सही टाइम पर सही डिसीजन ना लेना, आलसी होना, जब काम करना तब किया नहीं और अब सोच रहे हैं कि क्या करूं। खुद से झूठ ना बोलना, जब दिल करता है काम करने का और आप खुद से बोलते बहुत टाइम है बाद में कर लूंगा। बेवजह गुस्सा करना, काम करते वक्त गुस्सा छोड़ देना चाहिए क्योंकि एक पल का गुस्सा सारी जिंदगी का नुकसान दे जाता है. एक दूसरे से यह ध्यान रखना एक बंदा दिल लगाकर अपने काम में तैयारी कर रहा है दूसरा बंदा उसी के बारे में सोच कर अपने सारा दिन निकाल रहा है और ऐसे बिजनेस होता है कि दूसरे वाले का बिजनेस चल रहा है, और भी बहुत सी छोटी-छोटी चीजें हैं जिनकी वजह से पीछे हैं.

अगर किसी को तेज धावक बनना है तो उस उसैन बोल्ट से पूछेगा ना कि एक थोड़ा मैराथन दौड़ने वाले से. आपको भी ऐसे ही करना है और उनको फॉलो करना है जो आपकी चाहते हैं उनके पास है किसी दूसरे के तरीके आपके लिए हर बार सही काम नहीं कर सकते उससे सीख सकते हो पर अपनी काबिलियत को कायम रखना है आगे जरूर निकलना है पर अपनी नजरों में नहीं गिरना. 

नोट: आप अपनी कमी को सुधार करें हम सब आगे बढ़ सकते हैं. जो अपने मन से जीत सकता है वह कुछ चीज से जीत सकता है जो कोई करना चाहता है लोग उसको हाथ थोड़ी आगे बढ़ा सकते हैं. पर जो नहीं करना चाहता उसे कोई जबरदस्ती आगे नहीं पहुंचा सकता। सफलता एक गिफ्ट है जो आप खुद को देते है कोई अपने से आपके लिए बना नहीं सकता।
